Your all inclusive full day adventure begins at Hampton’s Dock. Once you have enjoyed your two hour historical Eco tour aboard the Zephyrus, you will disembark upon your return and meander the grounds up to the River Center for a quick break.
Then it is a short walk across the bridge to Norton Shore Farms where Trevor Fulton will share the story of his business and tell you about some of the interesting micro-greens and mushrooms he grows there. You will have an opportunity to take home a sample of these and have a taste at your Green House Culinary Experience.
Then it’s back across the road to Kredl’s where you can wander through their market and purchase fresh local produce and meat to take home.
This Green House Adventure culminates with a lovely three course local meal prepared by local Chef Rob Carson.
Course 1 – Wild mushroom medley & herb soup with smoked sturgeon salad
Course 2 – Pork Loin ( local free run) Stuffed with dried fruit with gastrique and local vegetables.
